About me…

My name is Dorine Kok, born in 1966 in the Netherlands and living in France since 2002. My journey began as a graduated speech therapist, but my heart has always been with dance and movement. From the age of four, I have expressed myself through classical ballet, jazz ballet, African dance, mime, physical theatre and theatre courses. Self-expression has manifested itself for me in various forms, from aerobics to the profound art of movement expression.

Obtaining my post-HBO training in movement expression therapy has opened up a new world for me. This has allowed me to give countless training courses in dance and movement, where I have seen people transform through the power of movement. My curiosity about techniques that promote our well-being has led me to the world of massages. Giving massages allows me to reach and influence people on a deeper level.

The alternation of massages brings the body and mind together in a harmonious balance. As a stress counselor and relaxation therapist, I offer a wide range of possibilities to combine bodywork at different levels. This eclectic approach reflects my deepest conviction: no two people are the same. Everyone carries their own references, goals and feelings with them. That is why I do not believe in a universal method that works for everyone. My greatest passion lies in creating an environment in which the pleasure of movement, the enjoyment of relaxation and the unification of body and mind are central.

I hope to share this challenge of bringing body and mind together with many. Through my work I invite people to go on a journey of discovery to their own possibilities and limits. Whether it concerns dance, movement or the healing power of a massage, I see it as my calling to guide others on their path to inner balance and well-being. In a world that is constantly in motion, it remains a privilege to contribute to the growth and well-being of others.
